"KCM Brothers Property Maintenance has worked for our Strata Complex in North Parramatta for over 6 years. I know all three brothers and have found them to be friendly and willing to assist with any problems around our complex. They provide a consistently high level of cleaning and maintenance on a weekly basis.

They have been able to rectify minor building problems in our complex such as doors not closing and locks sticking at no extra cost to the owners. Two of the brothers ars qualified Tradesmen who can quote on and address a variety of minor building issues.

 

The prices that they charge are very competitive, however the quality of work is higher than 3 other Companies I have dealt with. They also network with other Strata Complexs to advise on waste removal and lift contractors if required.

 

I would have no hesitation in recommending this organization to anyone who needs a reliable Strata Maintenance Service."
